"Perilous adventures to thwart a dark god."

Having thumbed through and loved Lynn Willis and Larry DiTillio's Masks of Nyarlathotep, I knew it was time to run a game of it. Having spent enough time with various groups, both as a player and keeper, I knew the scope and breadth of Masks would be the perfect campaign not only for myself, but for the players I've chosen, and have chosen me, to play along with. But as I read deeper into the game, I took issues with certain representations of genders and ethnicities in the game. Spending time on the Yog-Sothoth forums, I found Aviatrix's Post-Modern Masks of Nyarlathotep, and decided that the way she ran her Masks was the way I wanted to run mine.

So what you'll see here is Masks of Nyarlathotep run under the Trail of Cthulhu system, with massive heapings of Aviatrix's Post-Modern Masks added to the mix. As an Australian, special care was taken by me to completely rewrite the Australia chapter to deal with race, class and gender in 1920s Australia in an appropriate way.

I hope you enjoy
